Newly elected Irving Mayor Beth Van Duyne and City Council members hosted the last in a series of Town Hall meetings on Aug. 10. The interactive meetings were facilitated by City Council members and allowed residents to weigh in on community matters including the 2011-12 Strategic Plan, Heritage Crossing redevelopment, proposed entertainment venue, city budget and public safety.
