Authorize award and execution of Amendment No. 1, to add funding for the third year of the initial 36-month requirements contract with OSBURN MATERIALS INC., Austin, TX, for top dressing sand used at golf courses for the Parks and Recreation Department in an estimated amount not to exceed $52,206 and to authorize three 12- month extension options in an estimated amount not to exceed $52,206 per extension option, for a total revised contract amount not to exceed $313,236.
